one Temaki and Sake Sushi Restaurant and Lounge is a modern fusion of Brazilian and Japanese culture. The concept of this restaurant is to combine the fun and leisurely atmosphere of Brazil with healthy and delicious Japanese cuisine. Our role was to redesign, permit and build this boutique lounge within a very tight space and integrate it into an existing building with 90 days. This became challenging with many unknown existing conditions which required quick thinking and creative solutions to keep on schedule.

Outside the soft glowing lights invites guests to dine within a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The main focus of the room is the long bar traveling almost the entire length of the restaurant which provides plenty of room to share a meal or sake while interacting with the Sushi Chefs artfully preparing fresh Kones. Simple and minimalistic, the dining area with clean lines and bold colors reflect the modern spirit of the two cultures while the lounge area was created for group interaction, is easily rearranged for events with live music.
