ustain Restaurant is a unique dining experience that combines sustainable food sources and sustainable building design. All elements of construction from the selection of material to building methods were thoughtfully crafted to conform with LEED standards of design.

The bar area shows the craftsmanship of the finished product while beneath the surface hides the complex coordination of the electrical, IT, water and drainage systems as well as the cold beer lines. And although the pattern seems random with the floating pods, each of the restaurants crucial building systems such as ventilation, air conditioning and fire suppression were carefully obscured while the lighting was orchestrated through threm to create dramatic effects. precisionart was proud to complete this technically intricate and lavish project within a tight timeline of 100 days.
