s Miami’s artist and young entrepreneur community is expanding, new locations are being sought after to open up shop. The Wynwood and Design districts are becoming out of reach for start-up businesses so the Little River Warehouse Industrial district is beginning to redevelop themselves into an attractive place to begin.

The building are here and house allot of square footage, but most of them have been neglected through time. The idea for these two large warehouse’s is to give them new life by giving them large glass garage doors, a contemporary façade and paint scheme, lifts to reach the bay loading docks, plenty of parking for customers and reorganization of each bay to be symmetrical. The demographic sought to fill these buildings are not for storage, but for retail, commercial applications, arts and design.
